Phil Osborne is a retired U.S. Air Force officer (24 years), a Foreign Policy advisor for the Air Force, and is the Deacon at Holy Comforter.  His ministry is to the local and diocesan active duty and retired military community and to the parish.  He and his wife, Sally, have three grown children.  When not working or ministering, Sally and Phil are deeply engaged in restoring their 100+-year-old house (a long-time love affair).
