Anglicans for Life

Anglicans For Life’s mission is to celebrate, honor, and protect life from conception to natural death because we believe that it is a sacred gift given to us by God. Our local chapter does this through education and supporting our local pregnancy center.

Bag Lunch

One of our most popular ministries is the making of hundreds of bag lunches every 2nd and 4th Saturday in the Parish Life Kitchen. These are prayed over and sent to Emmanuel Methodist for distribution.

Jail Ministry

This ecumenical mission is composed of men and women who share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with those who are incarcerated. They meet every Wednesday 6:30-8:00 PM at the Sumter Lee County Jail.

LEVs are trained and equipped to bring Holy Communion to those who are unable to attend church services. This ministry requires clergy endorsement.

Baby Basics

We help provide baby necessities to new parents. You can help by gifting necessities or by helping with the celebration after church where we present these to the new parents.

Loaves and Fishes

NEW Grandparents at Prayer Img.png

We offer a midday meal on the day of any funeral held at this church and led by Holy Comforter priests. We work in teams and are so pleased to be able to offer an outpouring of love and comfort to those in need.

Take Them a Meal

Youth Group Img (1).png

This is a wonderful way for us to show God’s love to members of our church family. Maybe you just had a baby or are recovering from surgery, we can help by bringing you a meal. When you have a need, call the church and we’ll set up a schedule on the website and church members can sign up to bring meals to your home.
