Playing with Toys

Nursery

All ages of children are welcome to stay with their parents throughout our services. For parents who wish to focus on the service, we provide nursery care for infants through age 2. The nursery is available beginning at 9:45 for Adult Sunday School and the 11:00 am service. Please sign your child in, providing a cell phone number that can be texted. You will be contacted if your child needs you. You may pick your child up from the nursery at the breaking of the bread for a blessing, or wait until the end of the service.

Breastfeeding is welcome everywhere in our church. We do provide a private, comfortable feeding room for mothers and infants who wish for a bit more privacy. The entrance is located inside the nursery area.

Christian Education

As parents, we are commanded to instruct our children in the faith. Deuteronomy 6:5-7 directs, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise.“

At Holy Comforter, we are committed to supporting parents in instructing their children in the faith. Our curriculum is focused on learning how the whole Bible points to Jesus Christ as our Savior.

Children Singing in a Choir

HC3 – Holy Comforter Children’s Choir

Our choir is open to children in our community in 2nd-8th grade. We meet on Sunday afternoons, 4:00-4:45 pm, upstairs in the choir room. We hope you’ll join us soon!
